I graduated from UT in Spring of 2019 and accepted an offer to become a Teach for America Corps Member in Tulsa, OK for two years. I took the offer because I wanted to give back to school communities similar to those that I went to when I was younger. I then realized I wanted to have a different type of impact by working in college admissions. Part of this came from being a 1st generation college graduate, and I wanted to assist in the admissions process to all applicants, but particularly those who I identified with. I am currently in the process of obtaining my MPA and am excited to see what other wide-scale impacts I can make.
