Emmanuel Afriyie

PhD Student | GIST

I am a PhD student specializing in spatial optimization and modeling, transportation geography, and the development of GIS-based approaches to address socio-economic challenges, including health disparities. My research also extends to natural hazard assessment and mitigation planning. In addition to my research, I have supported teaching in courses such as Natural Hazards, World Geography, Geo-visualization, and Geographic Information for Researchers and Professionals.
