I am a second year Masters student studying how you can strategically plan the electrical grid and substation location utilizing socioeconomic and demographic data. I also work full time as a GIS Analyst at Lenoir City Utilities Board. My job allows me to learn about how all different utilities, electric, gas, water, sewer, and fiber, can benefit from GIS and my research!
