Swachhatoya is a third year PhD student, working with Dr. Madhuri Sharma. Swachhatoya’s research interest lies in labor migration from South Asian countries into the developed regions of the world. She focuses on examining the evolving nature and patterns of labor migration, with particular attention to its social, cultural, and economic impacts on migrant communities.
