Tim is the GIS Lab Manager in the Department of Geography & Sustainability. He obtained a BS in Wildlife & Fisheries Sciences and a MS in Forestry, both from the University of Tennessee. He has worked for companies in many domains from FAANG, to transportation analysis, to wildfire mapping. He specializes in multidisciplinary applications of geospatial equipment and enjoys working with students and faculty to find creative solutions to difficult problems.
