Research Assistant and PhD Student at Texas Tech University

Megan is making a difference not only for her school, but for the future! She graduated from the Department of Geography and Sustainability in Spring of 2022. Since then, she’s been pursuing a doctoral degree in Geography at Texas Tech University! Megan is a research assistant at the TTU Risk and Equity in Disasters Lab where she specializes in community-centered approaches to disaster mitigation. She’s proud to be a volunteer and most of all, a graduate of UT Geography and Sustainability.
